In Loving Memory to Tony Dovener
Tony as we all knew him was the most characteristic gentleman with the most infectious laugh that always filled the room with fun & a securing warmth to those around him.
Tony was a loving husband, father but also a good friend to those close him and his loyalty & commitment always shined through to those he loved, cared & adored.
His family, close friends or work colleagues & of course his army regiment from his younger days ‘ The 17th 21st Lancers’ Tony carried his pride for all.
Tony sometimes was a man of few words but if you got the thumb up in a conversation or a text you knew you were okay.
Tony had a hate for what he would call ‘garden waste’ or salad known to us most but he also tried to convince many that he also had a fish allergy, but had the love of monkfish and sea bass, but hilariously still emphasised his allergy to fish when filling out forms or requests to the kitchen.
Moments like these will always be cherished and more when we can all look back at Tony's fun moments in his life.
Tony was always up for a laugh, keeping the room alive no matter where he was, but he always made sure people around him were loved, safe & happy, with this we will all carry a huge void in our hearts for the lives Tony had touched.
